To mark Erasmus Days 2025, the MASTERY project has launched a new video highlighting 12 key sustainability-enabling skills that will define the workforce of the future. Developed through collaboration with researchers, companies, and policymakers, these skills reflect the real needs of the green economy across sectors such as agri-food, manufacturing, construction, and wood and furniture. 

By promoting micro-credentials, MASTERY empowers workers and businesses to adapt swiftly to emerging sustainability challenges. These targeted learning pathways help professionals rethink business models, foster innovation and resource efficiency, and enhance competitiveness while protecting the planet; paving the way for a more resilient and sustainable future.
