Partners in Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands are piloting eight procurement cases to test strategies such as repair, refurbishment and remanufacturing.
The Circular Shift project also supports organisational change by introducing a transition broker role, involving all relevant departments, building strong collaboration across value chains, and monitoring impact through a comprehensive decision-making framework.
