This event, organised on 29 October 2015, gathered experts in public procurement of innovation (PPI),  partners of the PPI4Waste project, public authorities and other relevant actors to discuss the needs and solutions for PPI in the field of waste and material resources.

Topics like the collection and treatment of bio-waste, the management of bulky waste, the separation of plastics as well as PPI and waste prevention were discussed along with the presentation of case-studies.

During this event, the Interest Group and Purchasing Community were officially launched.

Side event: 3rd workshop of the Circular Europe Network organised on 30 October 2015 by ACR+, on circular economy and public procurement (open to ACR+ members and PPI4Waste partners).
