OVAM | Funding call for shared use projects to boost circular economy in Flanders
OVAM, in collaboration with Flanders Circular, is launching a new funding call to support shared use initiatives. In 2025, the Flemish Minister of Environment and Agriculture will allocate EUR 2 million for innovative projects that aim to accelerate the circular transition in Flanders. The call targets partnerships between organisations and businesses from the knowledge sector, financial sector, industry, government, and civil society.
The focus of the call is on shifting from ownership to use, which requires a systemic and integrated approach. The goal is to reduce material footprints through shared use. The subsidy supports projects that experiment, demonstrate, and share knowledge to make shared use more accessible, affordable, and appealing for various target groups.
